Who is responsible for the charger provided with the e-bike?
Rentees are responsible for the chargers provided with the e-bike. Ensure that you take good care of the charger, as you will be required to return it in working condition along with the e-bike at the end of your rental period.
What happens if I don't return the charger with the e-bike?
If the charger is not returned or is not in working condition when returned, your security deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of the missing or damaged charger.
What should I do if the e-bike needs maintenance or repairs?
If your e-bike needs maintenance or repairs during your rental period, please bring it back to our store. We will handle all necessary repairs to ensure the bike is in good working condition. Do not attempt to repair the bike yourself.
What should I do if the e-bike is lost or stolen?
If the e-bike is lost or stolen during your rental period, your security deposit will be forfeited. We recommend that you secure the e-bike with a lock whenever it is unattended.

What is the liability policy for e-bike rentals?
As a rentee, you are responsible for the e-bike during your rental period. This includes liability for any damages or loss.
Are there any safety guidelines I should follow while riding the e-bike?
Yes, for your safety and the safety of others:
Always wear a helmet while riding the e-bike.
Be aware of your surroundings and monitor your speed, especially while riding on campus.
Follow all local traffic rules and guidelines.
What if I decide I don't want my e-bike after renting?
All sales are final. Once you have rented the e-bike, you cannot cancel or return the rental for a refund.
Is there a security deposit for the e-bike rental?
Yes, there is a $300 security deposit for the e-bike rental. Rentees must select the e-bike security deposit option during checkout. If not selected, you will be required to pay the difference before receiving your e-bike.
